gettin mah edumication

i started a college class on monday run through my local community college. it's called Engines I and we are going to learn about the innards of an engine. wednesday we learned how rotary engines work. has anyone else taken automotive classes or is taking them? it's so cool to go to school and actually be interested in what is being taught.

I'm finishing up my second year of Electronics engineering technician this year. Some pretty interesting stuff, hopefully i can find a good job when i'm done. Wouldn't that be sweet to work on electronic sytems for Honda's?

yeah, isn't that interesting eric?? i graduated high school having taken the classes i needed to further my education in college..i avoided shop and auto classes cuz 1. they basically weren't offered to anyone who wasn't going to "technical school" (dumb kids) and
2. all the dumb kids and redneck kids were in those classes (those two usually go hand in hand).
so i graduated high school, then graduated college. got myself an office job, yada yada..now i'd rather be working on cars, so i'm taking community college course along side...dumb kids and rednecks. pretty close to what is being taught to the dumb kids and rednecks in technical school. wtf?

i too avoided shop and auto mechanics in high school then after 3 years in the army i took a 2 1/2 year college courses and now work at a honda dealership.

man you are sooo lucky, i have always wanted to do that, but after a kid and your bills are high and you spend a 110% of what you make, you rally don't have time. so here i am. (insr agent) wooo hooo. what fun!!!
